RETOURS
Pour procéder à votre retour :
- Faire une demande de retour sur la page des retours
- Une étiquette de retour sera générée et sera à coller sur votre colis
- Déposer votre colis dans un bureau de Poste ou Relais Colis
- Une fois le colis réceptionné et conforme, nous vous rembourserons dans un délai maximal de 30 jours
Retours : Vous avez la possibilité de retourner un ou plusieurs articles sous un délai de 14 jours ouvrés à compter de la date de réception du colis et obtenir selon votre choix un échange ou un remboursement.
Les frais de retour sont offerts pour toute commande livrée en France métropolitaine, pour les articles d’une valeur unitaire égale ou supérieure à 100 €. Pour les articles d’une valeur inférieure à 100 € livrés en France métropolitaine, ainsi que pour toute commande livrée hors de France métropolitaine, des frais de retour seront appliqués.
Joindre impérativement une copie du bon de livraison à votre retour.
Après vérification de la conformité du produit retourné, nous nous engageons à vous rembourser sur la carte bancaire ou compte Paypal utilisé pour le paiement dans un délai de 30 jours.
DELIVERIES
For all orders placed on www.loxwood.fr, packages are generally prepared within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. We process orders Monday through Friday. We ship your package within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times then depend on the delivery method selected.

Have it delivered to one of the pickup relays among 8,000 collection points throughout France.
You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email, with a collection voucher allowing you to collect it within 10 working days.
After this time your parcel will be returned to sender.
COLISSIMO POST OFFICE - DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE

In the event of non-collection of the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the return and handling fees charged by the carrier will be automatically deducted from the order refund or charged to the customer in case of re-shipment.
